TUITION & ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR FOREIGN FEE-PAYING STUDENTS
Short-Term Daily Tuition Fee
Per day fee - If total exceeds $3125 for Tuition then full term fee applies- In addition the following one off fees apply
- Ministry of Education Levy $500.00
- Administration Fee $650.00
Full Term Tuition Fee
Per term fee - Up to 4 terms per year- In addition the following one off fees apply
- Ministry of Education Levy $500.00
- Administration Fee $650
Tuition Fees include:
- Technology fees/online learning programmes
- Textbooks
- Curriculum trips
- ESOL classes where needed in school
- NZ Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Tuition Fees DO NOT include:
- School uniform – compulsory (approximately $300 excluding shoes)
- Stationery
- School camp – approximately $350 (where applicable)
- Additional music tuition fees
- Elective sports fees
- School photos & fundraising activities
- Student insurance (compulsory)
- Student visa
- Homestay
- Bank transfer fees
- Airport transfers – $50 each way (where required)
Unless the student holds a NZ Government Scholarship or is an Exchange Student, a student visa will not be issued until a receipt for payment of the course fee is provided.
It is compulsory for all international students to have travel/medical insurance whilst in New Zealand. Proof of insurance is required.
HOMESTAY FEES
If you require Homestay accommodation for your child, the following fees apply
- Homestay Administration/Placement Fee $250
- Homestay Fee $380 p/w
Per week
- Special Food Requirements $30 p/w
If applicable - this is to cover the additional costs for gluten free, vegan meals etc.
- Homestay Change Fee $150
If applicable - If the student continually requests homestay changes, which are deemed unreasonable by the school, a fee will be incurred for each change.
- Holidays $100 p/w
If a student goes on holiday and wishes to return to the same homestay family, then on agreement with the host family a ‘holding fee’ of $100.00/per week will apply. The host family has the right of refusal.

Homestay accommodation is for International Students ONLY. If family or friends choose to visit, they will need to arrange their own accommodation.
